Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, secure and acquire new business opportunities to meet sales targets
• Convert leads into sales, using a prioritised and consultative approach to ensure clients have the best product and channel mix to benefit
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
• Support strategic planning and sales forecasting
• Assess client expectations. Match and explain the benefits of using the service to potential new clients and referrals, provide relevant support material and follow up to convert clients to sale.
• Proactively lead new clients through the sales process of setting up, demonstrating product use, testing and using the service to agreed quality standards.
• Provide additional information and advice as required to optimise the product use for clients.
• Report on all communication with clients and partners via CRM system to keep accurate records and ensure seamless customer service.
• Report customer complaints and feedback to Management
• Work within a team environment where you will be expected to clearly communicate, collaborate, co-operate and advise team members.
