Role : Office Admin / PA

Location : 📍 Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape

What youll be doing :

  • Managing payroll administration
  • Handling UIF and PAYE processing
  • Submitting VAT returns across multiple companies
  • Managing CIPC administration
  • Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing parcels to ensure accuracy and standards are met
  • Preparing professional presentations in PowerPoint and maintaining Excel reports
  • Supporting the Owner with general PA duties

What were looking for :

Proven experience in administration, with the ability to manage responsibilities independently

  • Proficiency in SAGE, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills youll be part of a small, close-knit team
  • A mature and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accuracy and quality
