We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee operations across key accounts, focusing on Sales and Insurance within a Financial Services environment. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational managers, training, analytics, and resource planning teams to manage offshore contact‑centre operations in alignment with approved plans, budgets and schedules, achieving targeted productivity, performance and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore contact centre operations, aligning them with plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, operational managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Manage performance, productivity and financial objectives; report directly to the Associate Director.
• Prepare and present budget reports, maintain staff utilisation and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements with vendors and service providers, ensuring suitable and cost‑effective SLAs.
• Maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships, proactively addressing performance shortfalls.
