About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Manager to join our Clients & Markets team. The Proposal Manager will support strategic and high-value proposals, working closely with partners and practice staff, and championing PwC’s sales framework. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive proposal management support from kick-off meetings to final submissions, working as part of a problem-solving team to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complexity of a large number of proposals, balancing project management and proposal writing.Pursuit management and guidance to teams on proposal writing, brand style, clarity, messaging, and language.Help teams agree the structure of proposal documents for maximum impact.Draft proposal documents from start to finish, including cover letters, executive summaries, team and CV information, and firm experience.Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and translate content into sales messages and responses to RFP questions.Help edit or write compelling value propositions and assist client service teams to articulate clear competitive differentiation.Coordinate the proposal process from planning through submission, monitoring progress to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with RFP mandatory requirements and facilitate kick-off, solutioning and win themes sessions.About You
Strong experience in proposal writing is essential.6+ years of experience in bid and proposal management, including in a consulting and / or professional services environment.Excellent influencing, communication, and facilitation skills to credibly challenge management and stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with people at all levels.Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills; ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to prioritize activities in a dynamic environment; adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.High global acumen with the ability to tailor style across cultures and staff levels.Must be open to a hybrid work setup.Travel
