Purpose
The Core Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery of core network and infrastructure projects, systems, or services. This role focuses on managing the end‑to‑end process of deploying and implementing solutions, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Core Delivery Manager works closely with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality execution and operational success.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience
8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 2‑3 years in a leadership role overseeing core network or infrastructure deliveryProven experience managing large‑scale infrastructure projects or technology implementationsExperience with core network technologies, systems integration, or enterprise servicesStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and frameworksSolid understanding of 3G, 4G, and 5G end‑to‑end Architecture including Core Network, Radio Access Network, Billing Subsystems and VAS systemsTechnical Skills
Experience within the GSM / UMTS / LTE Core Networks field with focus on the Circuit Switched, Packet Switched and IMS network elements in delivery roleExtensive knowledge of Core Network architecture and related interface protocols (SIGTRAN, SS7 signalling, packet networks, SIP, VoIP, Wi‑Fi, GPRS / WCDMA / 5G, NFV / CNF)Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar tools)Proficiency in risk management, quality assurance, and vendor managementDesired Skills
