Personal Assistant to Executive – Hospitality Industry (South Africa)
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive diary, travel, meetings, and correspondence
Coordinate guest logistics, site visits, and VIP arrangements
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Handle confidential documentation, contracts, and reporting
Process expenses, invoices, and basic admin support
Assist with personal scheduling and ad-hoc errands
Skills & Requirements
Proven PA experience (hospitality, luxury, or service sector preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Competent in MS Office / Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
