Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and assist staff in daily store operations to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
• Deliver efficient customer service and resolve complaints in line with company values.
• Support the Branch Manager with sales growth, effective merchandising, and stock control.
• Oversee tyre fitting, balancing, and general workshop activities, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all operations comply with safety and company regulations.
• Actively participate in staff training, motivate the team, and help drive promotional activities.
