You're based in Cape Town (remote role, but local presence required for occasional collaboration).
You're data-obsessed — CPL, CTR, and conversion rates drive your decisions.
You know how to attract qualified leads, not time-wasters.
You're strategic, proactive, and thrive without micromanagement.
You love testing, learning, and pushing campaigns to perform better every week.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimiseMeta Ads campaignsfocused on generating high-quality leads.
Build and managefull-funnel strategiesthat convert interest into booked appointments.
ConductA / B testson creatives, audiences, and copy to find scalable winners.
Analyse and reporton performance – turn data into clear, actionable insights.
Collaborate with our creative and CRM teams to align ad strategy with nurturing flows.
Manage and scale budgets to maximise ROI and maintain cost-efficiency.
Stay on top ofMeta updates, algorithm changes, and audience trends.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Proven track record ofhigh-quality lead generation(not just traffic or engagement).
Strong analytical mindset – confident in interpreting performance data and adjusting strategy.
Experience building and managing conversion-focused funnels.
Understanding of creative strategy and what makes ads convert.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Bonus if you have : Experience in the wedding, events, or hospitality industry.
Familiarity with CRM-driven marketing (GoHighLevel or similar).
