The Poo-sition Overview :

Reporting directly to TUSHY’s Head of Growth, you will serve as the product owner of TUSHY’s direct-to-consumer website (hellotushy.com). You will use data and insights to test new features, collaborate with creative, marketing, and CX, and drive continuous improvement of TUSHY’s digital presence.

What You’ll Doo :

• Implement the web strategy for TUSHY, ensuring that our website is optimized for growth and engagement
• Identify and strategize new opportunities, working closely with design, marketing and CX teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Report on website performance, using data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Oversee launch of new features, promotions, and bug fixes
• Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, Triple Whale, Clarity, and VWO to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion data
