What Youll Do
As an Internal Recruiter, youll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions while also playing a leadership role in overseeing the junior recruiter within the team.
- Source talent by navigating job portals, writing and uploading job ads, and managing our internal database (Placement Partner).
- Screen CVs, conduct candidate calls, and run Zoom interviews to assess fit.
- Coordinate interviews with senior management through MS Outlook.
- Run reference checks, arrange biometric background checks, and ensure payroll / banking details are processed for new hires.
- Partner closely with management and HR on urgent / new job specs.
- Maintain accurate admin, KPI tracking, and database management.
- Stay ahead of market and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the junior internal recruiter set and review KPIs, provide training and mentorship, and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.

Minimum 2+ years proven recruitment experience.A degree in Human Resources or Psychology (Industrial / Organisational specialisation preferred).Confidence in building relationships and engaging with people at all levels.Strong attention to detail and excellent written / verbal communication.Solid administration and time management skills.Ability to adapt quickly to new or challenging situations.Proficiency in MS Office and Windows.A tenacious, goal-driven personality.Previous team oversight, training, or KPI management experience will be highly regarded
