Internal Recruiter

What Youll Do

As an Internal Recruiter, youll manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions while also playing a leadership role in overseeing the junior recruiter within the team.

• Source talent by navigating job portals, writing and uploading job ads, and managing our internal database (Placement Partner).
• Screen CVs, conduct candidate calls, and run Zoom interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews with senior management through MS Outlook.
• Run reference checks, arrange biometric background checks, and ensure payroll / banking details are processed for new hires.
• Partner closely with management and HR on urgent / new job specs.
• Maintain accurate admin, KPI tracking, and database management.
• Stay ahead of market and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the junior internal recruiter set and review KPIs, provide training and mentorship, and ensure recruitment best practices are followed.
