Front Of House Manager

The ideal candidate for this Front of House Manager role is a highly organized, proactive individual with a warm and engaging presence.

Candidate requirements :

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury establishment
• Experience managing housekeepers and butlers
• Experience in coordinating rosters, training staff, and monitoring performance
• Good overall knowledge of the day-to-day running of a lodge as well as all departments
• Excellent administrative capabilities
• High attention to detail
• Organized and proactive
• Good knowledge of stock control
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Driver's license and own vehicle preferred

This is a live-in role with 50% medical aid contribution, meal allowance of R3200 monthly and a bednight benefit after 3months. Salary - R16 000 CTC
