What You Need to Succeed :
? Qualification : Relevant B degree (completed or in progress).? Experience : 5-8 years in change management with a proven track record of execution.? Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.?? Expertise in crafting and delivering clear, engaging communication strategies .? Agile mindset—Scrum / SAFe certifications are a bonus!?
