As an Outbound Sales Advisor with Ascensos, you will work within a fully supported environment, where you can demonstrate your commitment to providing outstanding customer support through your skills and personality.

What To Expect

You’ll be responsible for leading the performance of a team of Outbound Sales Advisors. We will provide the industry leading training and environment that will equip you with the necessary skills, knowledge and qualitative approach to delivery, in all that you do.

All that we ask in return is that you always strive to do your best, which you immerse yourself in our client’s brand and most importantly you are always honest, open and transparent with our customers.

Our typical shift pattern involves : 40 hours within the week, Shifts covering Monday to Friday 10am-8pm Monday (UK-time).

As part of #theAteam, you’ll receive full training and support to be the voice of our client’s brand. So, there’s no room for average.

Your role can include, but isn’t limited to :

  • Responsible for the ongoing coaching & development of all team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Driving a sales culture.
  • Motivating agents and teams to thrive to hit and overachieve targets.
  • Continually look to improve customer satisfaction and minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Immerse and engage your team in both the vision and values of your associated client’s brand.
  • Maintain healthy staff retention rates through effective management and ongoing team member development, whilst creating an environment that rewards, recognises and encourages success at every level.
  • Leading great attendance and retention of staff.
  • Adhere to all quality procedures and associated time frames.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of services.

About You

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in an outbound sales contact centre environment (preferably UK / US contact centre).
  • Previous experience in providing effective planning, organisation and development of a team.
  • Experience in delivering individual / group coaching to improve professionalism and overall metrics.
  • Motivate, develop, coach, train, induct employees to set performance standards, recognise achievement and deal with performance issues.
  • Act as a mentor and coach the team.
  • Sales background (Inbound / Outbound).
  • Manage the quantity and quality of the team’s work.
  • Manage all team activities.
