As a Technical Consultant you will be responsible for managing and delivering integration projects across our customer base. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementations, third-party system integrations (e.g., ERP, WMS, eCommerce), and API-led connectivity that supports real-time data exchange. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical understanding, and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end integration and EDI projects for new and existing customers.
• Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Development) and external stakeholders (customers, third-party vendors) to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Map, configure, test, and validate EDI / document exchange protocols (e.g., EDIFACT, XML, CSV, JSON, AS2, SFTP) and utilise the ERP One Data Exchange toolset alongside third-party tools.
• Support customers with onboarding new trading partners and data flows.
• Maintain clear documentation for integrations, including process flows, specifications, and test plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data exchange issues during and after go-live.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and project delivery methodologies.
