Role Overview
We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission‑only role, offering a lucrative commission structure, with a 3‑month probation period leading to a permanent position. This remote position is ideal for self‑motivated professionals who thrive in a target‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and prospecting.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Manage and track sales pipelines to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance market presence.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience ; preferably B2B sales.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field .Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets .Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills .Ability to work independently and remotely .Comfortable with a commission‑only compensation model .Experience in non‑profit, social impact, or education sectors is a plus .Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and highly organised .What We Offer
