Are you a seasoned recruiter with a knack for business development? We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Recruitment Lead to join our team in Johannesburg. In this dynamic role, you will lead a small but mighty team of Talent Acquisition professionals while actively driving recruitment and growing our client base.
What you'll do :
- Lead the Team : Guide and mentor two Talent Acquisition specialists, providing daily support, managing workloads, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive Business Growth : Identify and secure new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients to grow existing accounts.
- Recruit Top Talent : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, to deliver high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
- Improve and Innovate : Help enhance our recruitment processes, tools, and systems while ensuring compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
Who We're Looking For :
Experience : 8‑10 years of recruitment experience (either in‑house or from an agency) with a strong background in business development.Leadership : Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members.Skills : Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
