Summary :

To implement all new registration customers small payroll and base HR modules on PaySpace by understanding the customers’ requirements and configuring the system to ensure the customer goes live timeously. When required and at the direction of the senior leadership team, the role will provide implementation support to strategic business partners when required, and will also be responsible for reviewing, quoting and escalating Professional Service tickets on a daily basis in conjunction with providing consultation services to support customers as allocated.

Responsibilities :

Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel’s platform.

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and configure Deel’s solutions to meet their needs.

Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing.

Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.

Develop and maintain timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency.

Ensure client feedback is captured and communicated to internal teams for product improvements.

Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of Deel Local Payroll / Payspace system.

Proven experience managing client relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
