Requirements :

Bubbly computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook) & strong numeracy

Internal sales experience in valves / instrumentation industry

Ability to identify mechanical, pneumatic & electrical components

Self-starter, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities :

Handle enquiries, telephonic sales & follow up on quotes / tenders

Process sales, invoices, stock control & inter-branch transfers

Support branches with quotations, orders & technical coordination

Liaise with customers & arrange Sales Engineer visits

Assist with stock management, reporting & minor workshop repairs
