Responsibilities

• Manage listings and source new business.
• Guide clients through the buying, selling, and rental processes and represent the Bowles Realtors brand with excellence.
• Prospect and generate new property listings and client leads.
• Conduct comparative market analyses.
• Manage sales and rental transactions from listing to conclusion.
• Provide exceptional service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct viewings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships within your network.
• Stay informed about market trends, area developments, and industry regulations.
