Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100+ outbound and inbound sales calls with qualified residential leads
- Handle objections confidently and provide accurate, transparent information to build trust and close deals
- Participate in outreach campaigns to source new leads
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and installation processes
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in the energy (solar) or real estate sectorHigh-Volume Outreach Experience (100+ calls daily)Proven track record of closing residential deals via phone or video callsStrong objection-handling skills and ability to reframe value propositions based on customer pain pointsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Excellent communication and consultative selling skillsStable internet connection and home office setupBenefits
