Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to drive business growth across African sales markets and channels;
  • Establish strategic partnerships with stakeholders, retail teams, e-commerce platforms, and distributors;
  • Lead initiatives to expand sales reach, enhance customer relationships, and maintain brand integrity;
  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand's position in the African market;
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the African market to identify growth opportunities and sales penetration;
  • Oversee execution of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets and objectives;
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform decision-making;
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners;
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales channels, making adjustments as needed;
  • Uphold luxury standards in brand representation and customer interactions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in territory sales with a successful track record;
  • Proven track record in understanding African markets, consumer behaviour, and cultural dynamics;
  • Fluent in English - French proficiency an advantage;
  • Strong business acumen, strategic focus, and financial management ability;
  • Results-driven, proven leader with the ability to train, develop, and motivate a diverse sales team.
