Job Summary : The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Management Couples to oversee the daily operations

of our Lodges and Camps in Uganda. The Couple Lodge Managers will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest

experiences, managing staff, maintaining the lodge’s facilities, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to sustainability and

community engagement, guiding experience as well.

Key Responsibilities :

Job Summary : The Management Couple is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the lodge, ensuring

exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The role

encompasses management of Food & Beverage (F&B) services, maintenance, and administrative functions to ensure the

smooth running of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Guest Experience :

• Ensure guests receive outstanding service from arrival to departure.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements as necessary.
• Build upon the existing guest experience to create new ideas and to ensure the product remains fresh and modern,

whilst staying true to the history of the area – this includes guest delights, accommodation, food, staff, activities

Manager's meal is available and a beverage allowance as per the company policy

86 COD (Cumulative Off Days) in a year. COD's taken in a 4-2-4-2 weeks pattern, four times in a year.

Nationalities - Open

Flight Ticket : Arrival ticket by the company + one flight ticket allowance after completing 12 months of employment with the Company.

Probation period - 06 months. Will have a consultant contract for the 06 months period. We will prepare the employment contract after the successful completion of the six-month probation period.

Special Pass - The Company will arrange the special pass for your first 6 months of employment.
