Job descriptionDrive to the post office and manage DOCEX collections and deliveries. Transport VIP clients in a professional and courteous manner. Purchase office supplies and small equipment. Issue and sign out stock , ensuring accurate record-keeping. Perform general administrative duties , including data entry in Excel and Word. Handle ad hoc errands as required.
Requirements :
- Valid PDP licence (Professional Driving Permit)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Presentable, courteous, and discreet when interacting with VIP clients.
- Must reside in or near Pretoria East.
- Ability to work overtime when required. I.E, be at the office at 6 am or work until 6 pm when needed.
