As a fast-growing global company, we are now looking for a German-Speaking Assistant to the CEO to support our leadership team. This is a high-responsibility role requiring independence, analytical ability, and dedication, working directly with the CEO on a variety of projects, research, and operational tasks.

- You cannot work independently with minimal supervision.
- You do not have experience with research, problem-solving, or using AI tools effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will act as a right-hand to the CEO, assisting in strategic and operational areas. This includes conducting research, supporting decision-making, and helping streamline processes with the use of AI and automation.
Core Responsibilities
Provide executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, communication, and project tracking.Conduct market, competitor, and strategic research to support decision-making.Use AI tools to analyse data, improve efficiency, and draft reports.Translate and prepare professional documents in German and English.Identify problems and propose practical solutions.Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Collaborate with different teams to follow up on projects and ensure progress.Be available for occasional extended working hours to meet deadlines.Required Skills & Experience
Fluency in German and English (C1 level, spoken and written) .Strong analytical and research skills.Demonstrated experience using AI tools for productivity and problem-solving.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Strong problem-solving ability and logical thinking.High level of professionalism and discretion.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
Previous experience in an assistant or executive support role.Background in strategy, business research, or consulting.Familiarity with telecom, eCommerce, or travel industries.Experience with data analysis or automation tools.Why Join Us
