Minimum requirements
Computer literate (Excel / Word)
Proficient in English & Afrikaans
A valid national matric certificate
Excellent communication skills
Candidates must have excellent typing skills
2 years of administrative experience
Responsibilities
Typing of reports / minutes
Stock takes, orders & quotations
Professionally liaising with managers and clients telephonically and via e-mail
Maintain and update goods issued / inter exchanges
Filing of documents
General administrative duties
Liaising with the Executive team
Run diaries
Set up meetings
