We’re Hiring: Junior Sales & Business Development Consultant Position: Full-Time, Junior / Entry-Level Package: Basic salary + 10% commission Vehicle: Company vehicle provided for business travel ChannelFlow, part of Analytics Direct, is looking for an ambitious and confident Junior Sales & Business Development Consultant to help us grow our customer base across Pretoria, Johannesburg and surrounding areas. ChannelFlow is a South African business software platform focused on helping companies improve the way they manage operations, customers, workflows, communication and automation. This is not a desk-only sales role. You will spend your time speaking to businesses, identifying operational problems, demonstrating how ChannelFlow can solve them, and building long-term relationships with potential clients. What you’ll be doing: Cold calling and prospecting for new business Visiting potential and existing clients regularly Identifying problems within businesses and finding possible solutions Booking and attending discovery meetings Presenting and demonstrating ChannelFlow solutions Following up leads, proposals and potential customers Building relationships with business owners, managers and decision-makers Assisting with ChannelFlow’s social media presence and lead generation Researching potential industries and businesses to approach Maintaining an organised sales pipeline and following up opportunities consistently Working closely with the ChannelFlow founder to develop demonstrations and solutions for qualified opportunities Who we’re looking for: You do not need to be a senior salesperson, but you must be comfortable speaking to businesses and learning how they operate. Relevant experience or exposure in areas such as the following would be highly beneficial: B2B sales or business development Operations or workflow systems Stock or inventory management ERP, CRM, POS or business software IT solutions or software sales Financial or administrative systems Personality is extremely important.
