Position : Operations Assistant

Working Schedule : 9am-6pm PST

Salary Range : $1700-$2000 USD Monthly(the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in administrative tasks process coordination overall organizational efficiency and will closely work with the content team. This role requires strong multitasking abilities problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage project pipelines particularly for content creation and marketing campaigns
• Organize and maintain task boards in Notion ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear
• Coordinate with internal and external contributors to move projects forward
• Support marketing campaign execution and follow-up
• Handle various operational and administrative tasks as needed
• Track progress provide updates and flag issues to the Head of Operations
• Assist in improving organizational systems and workflows
• Additional responsibilities as needed including Research and Ad-hoc as needed.
