Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support to the Operations department by coordinating and executing a range of administrative and operational tasks. This role ensures effective control, strategic planning, and seamless organization within the department, contributing to the departments overall efficiency and success.
Responsibilities
New Site Startups
- Ensure equipment availability, order new equipment, and arrange delivery to sites as per signed site costing. Communicate with Contract manager
- Setting up of system configurations for collections to take place
Consumable / PPE Stock Management
Ensure effective communication with the procurement departmentResponsible for stock level management, record keeping, replenishment orders and issuing of consumables and PPEMonthly stock takes to ensure the correct stock is availableAdministrative Responsibilities
Scheduling and sending of meeting requests and assisting with meeting minute takingResponsible for compiling quotations and filing them in the site foldersEnsure effective communication with the Sales department with regard to requirements for new site start-upsKeep the cost recovery sheet for all equipment placed on sites up to dateRequesting of purchase orders for service provider invoicesRequirements
Matric / Grade 12Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar roleRelevant qualifications and experience, knowledge, and skillsHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office is essentialValid Code 8 Drivers License and own reliable transport preferableMust be well presented, professional, and have excellent communication skillsClosing date : 09th December 2025
