Key Outputs : The successful candidate will report to the Manager :

ECS / ECNS Compliance and their responsibilities will include : Analysis of annual compliance information submitted by licensees for regulatory compliance Analysis of ad hoc compliance information for processing of Notifications, Extensions and Confidentiality requests Reviewing of Regulations / regulatory processes and recommendations on legal opinions for action Assisting and contributing to Council Committee projects with development of required documentation in the form of Regulations, explanatory memoranda, reasons documents and findings documents, including research Advising licensees on their regulatory obligations and to provide clarity on what is required for compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Experience :

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Auditing, or a similar field (NQF Level 7) An Honour's degree (NQF Level 8) in Law, Auditing, or a similar field would be an added advantage 2–5 years professional experience in Compliance, preferably in a regulatory environment Experience in the ICT sector would be an added advantage.
