Responsibilities

• Uphold & Manage ISO 22000 Certification
• Implement and maintain FSC chain of custody certification
• Manage Health and Safety compliance
• Manage Ewasa registration
• Manage COID claims
• Procedure & Report writing
• Staff Training
• Oversee & Manage NCRS process
• Oversee GMP in label printing plant
• Manage cleaners and conduct inspections
• Continuously monitor existing processes with the aim of improving and recommending
• improvements
• Comply with and assist the company in complying with all relevant legislation and company policys, including POPI
• Report matters of importance and business risks to your line manager as soon as reasonably possible
• Accept responsibility as a Data Steward for the above areas of responsibility
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Legal Metrology Act & Regulations
• ISO quality systems
• FSC chain of Custody Certification
• Writing Procedures

Qualifications / Requirements

Certificate in ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 quality systems implementation and internal auditing or equivalent

Experience with quality management systems, compliance, and certification processes
