Introduction
A pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Oncology Sales Representative to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling oncology products to healthcare professionals, including oncologists, haematologists, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
This role requires a deep understanding of oncology therapies, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and market share growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in oncology practices.Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits, indications, and proper usage of oncology products.Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data, treatment guidelines, and competitive landscape.Attend industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance product and market knowledge.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in promotional activities.
Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2–3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology or specialty care.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Strong understanding of oncology disease states, treatment protocols, and healthcare systems.Preferred Skills : Experience with biologics, immunotherapy, or targeted cancer therapies.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
