We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s payroll function using Payspace software and supporting the HR department with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a key position that ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR administration, with payroll exposure.
Strong working knowledge of Payspace payroll software (essential).
Good understanding of HR processes and South African labour legislation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Payroll / Finance preferred.
Payroll and HR-related certifications advantageous.
