Business Development Manager â Logistics Services

Job descriptionSide tipper operations national mining sector Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to design, tailor, and pitch customised logistics solutions to meet diverse client needs Drive new business acquisition , identifying and securing new clients across industries Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share Build strong, trust-based client relationships , ensuring exceptional service delivery from onboarding through to after-sales support Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Prepare and maintain detailed pipeline reports and sales forecasts Represent the company at industry trade shows, forums, and networking events Stay updated on market trends, rates, and regulatory changes within logistics Ambitious and target-driven Strong commercial acumen with a problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decision-makers Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a competitive environment Salary negotiable based on experience and performance Company vehicle Laptop and phone provided Opportunity to grow your career with a leading logistics provider

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 35 years experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the transport & logistics sector
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of :
