The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key business relationships within Halls Financial Services, focusing primarily on our strategic partners. To ensure that all campaigns and initiatives are implemented efficiently, relationships are maintained at the highest standard, and new growth opportunities are identified and maximised. This role represents the full range of company products and services, oversees the account planning process, and ensures client satisfaction through responsive service and proactive relationship management. The Key Accounts Manager will collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions, address client concerns, and identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Execute partner strategies and initiatives.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Identify client requirements, determine schedule availability, promote services, define process and related materials, provide quotation & contracts, acquire customer paperwork, mediate the process, resolve issues, communicate project status and obtain sign‑offs.
- Understand the client’s organisation and structure, know the client’s product / services, and stay aware of client news and changes. Communicate, monitor and assure proper billing procedures. Understand the client’s strategy and roadmap.
- Establish and promote goodwill with customer. Review client issues, tasks, projects and new initiatives and contact customer as a follow‑up activity.
Requirements
Grade 12 / School leaving certificate (Matric)Degree or qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business management (preferred)Strong business analysis experience.1–3 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Campaign Implementation (preferably in financial services, marketing, or digital environments).Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering results‑driven campaigns.Benefits
