Receptionist

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner On Board Cruise Ship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
• Communicate with clients and employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures
