About the Role

You’ll advise clients on the full BBBEE lifecycle — from legislative interpretation and scorecard optimisation to verification readiness and supplier development. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expert knowledge, strong relationship management, and a results-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do

Provide expert guidance on BBBEE legislation and sector codes

Conduct client workshops and training on BBBEE principles

Develop tailored BBBEE strategies aligned to business needs

Manage scorecards using tools like Mantis, and report on progress

Facilitate verification preparation and coordinate with agencies

Support clients with supplier, skills development, and SED initiatives

Establish and manage relationships with third-party providers

Contribute thought leadership through articles and media engagement

Drive new business development and build client partnerships

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years’ experience in BBBEE consulting or transformation strategy

In-depth knowledge of BBBEE legislation and scorecard frameworks

Strong administrative, communication, and project management skills

Ability to manage clients and deliver high-quality, compliant solutions

Experience with scorecard tools (e.g., Mantis) and audit readiness

A strategic, business-savvy mindset with the ability to influence outcomes
