What we’re looking for Grade 12 qualification 3+ years of customer service experience within the e-commerce space Strong Freshdesk experience Brightpearl CRM experience is beneficial Strong English communication skills (written & spoken) A friendly, can-do attitude and love for customer service Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Attention to detail and a proactive approach Own reliable transport is a bonus
Customer Service Representative (UK Support) – Cape Town
R15,000 / month + discretionary bonus
