Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market analysis on trends and competitor activity within the aesthetic injectables space
- Develop and implement brand strategies to grow market share and visibility
- Lead marketing campaigns (where allowed), including digital and educational initiatives targeting healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with sales, medical, and R&D teams to support product development and promotional efforts
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements (SAHPRA, etc.)
- Engage with KOLs, HCPs, and stakeholders to strengthen industry presence
- Monitor brand performance, ROI, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements :
Relevant degree in Marketing, Science, or AestheticsMinimum 3 years experience in brand management within the medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical industryStrong knowledge of aesthetic injectables and regulatory frameworksEstablished relationships in the medical aesthetics field and experience managing KOLsIf you're passionate about shaping a brand in a growing medical aesthetics market, wed love to hear from you!
