Business Development Manager | Destination Management Company | Hoedspruit

Salary : R12,000 – R15,000 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a destination management company in Hoedspruit. This role is ideal for an individual who is fluent in Afrikaans and has a proven ability to develop new business opportunities within the travel and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new business opportunities with lodges and accommodation partners

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for potential clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements :

Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Previous experience in sales, business development, or the hospitality industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
