Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining and growing existing targets across client base and achievement of optimal marginal contribution. Universal Premier availability. Managing distributors (hawkers).
Key Responsibilities
- To increase marginal contribution
- Grow relationships with customers
- Increase profitable availability
- Identify any sales opportunities
- Increase customer base
- To have blue ribbon bread in every available outlet in focus location
- Correct order at the correct time (stock management)
- Manage expenses and company assets
- Management of returns and RSPs
- Drive and manage volumes for designated areas
- Ensure channel cycle activity is implemented and targets achieved
- Knowledge of disciplinary procedur
