Overview
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Operations Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support within the operations environment. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative abilities, basic computer proficiency, and a warm, professional manner when interacting with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
- Liaise professionally with tenants, contractors, and service providers
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups for maintenance or operational tasks
- Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and documentation
- Capture data and update spreadsheets or internal systems as required
- Prepare and process basic correspondence, quotations, or reports
- Support with procurement and stock control where applicable
- Ensure smooth daily operations and assist with any ad-hoc duties as needed
Minimum Requirements
