Role Overview

We are recruiting a full-time Membership Analyst to provide high-quality support to our members while managing onboarding and retention processes. This position requires working from 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, Monday through Saturday (GST).

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Success : Deliver prompt and professional responses to member inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram, maintaining a high standard of service. Including management of concierge reservations.
• Acquisition : Support acquisition efforts, filtering out applications early based on strict criteria, interviewing members to ensure mutual fit, deciding on whether to proceed.
• Onboarding : Oversee member onboarding, including guiding new members through registration and initial engagement.
• Retention : Manage retention efforts by monitoring member activity, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty. Analyze member feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to service enhancements.
• Utilize Notion for task tracking, workflow organization, and collaboration with the team.
