Reservations And Revenue Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the reservations team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to maintain high performance.
• Maximize room revenue through effective inventory management and close collaboration with the Lodge Sales Manager and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate data management in Protel Air, including reporting, system maintenance, and database accuracy.
• Maintain exceptional guest service standards, delivering personalized communication and attention to detail at all times.
• Handle VIP bookings and special requests, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Manage all guest communication channels – including emails, phone calls, and messages – ensuring timely and effective responses.
• Collaborate with other Heads of Departments to align on operations, guest services, and lodge standards.
• Participate in management meetings, preparing reports and providing feedback as required.

Flexibility to work within operational hours, including public holidays and weekends as required.
