New Business Development
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Build a solid pipeline of SME and corporate clients in the Boland area
- Conduct in-person meetings to present and promote our solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clientsAct as the primary contact for client queries and supportEnsure client satisfaction through high-quality service deliveryConsultative & Solution Selling
Understand client needs and design tailored solutionsPresent and sell our full portfolio of office automation and IT productsNegotiate rental finance and service level agreementsSales Administration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM / ERP systemsSubmit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updatesPrepare comprehensive proposals and supporting documentationTerritory Management
Plan and manage regional travel efficientlyPrioritise high-opportunity activities based on ROIRequirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years proven sales success, ideally in office automation, IT, or related sectorsStrong negotiation skills, especially in service agreements and rental financeProficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a bonusTechnical Know-How
Solid IT knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts to clientsBackground in office automation and managed services preferredLanguage & Communication
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skillsLogistics
Own reliable and presentable vehicle with full business-use insurance (non-negotiable)Valid South African drivers licenceWilling to travel within the region as needed
