Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation of learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners

Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received form HR Business partners

Manage all functional operations-based resources – Human, Financial & Scorecards

Assure the projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning within the Division / Area

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s) and Related Experience :

B Degree / B-Tech / National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Science / Social Science / Technical

5 years’ experience in Learning Development environment
