About the role : We are hiring a Client Success Manager for our client to serve as the trusted partner to their clients, helping them understand, navigate, and succeed with their digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include managing 25–30 client accounts, translating technical updates into clear, client-friendly communication, acting as the main point of contact for all client queries and feedback, coordinating with the internal team to ensure on-time deliverables, prioritizing requests based on impact and capacity, proactively reporting progress, and overseeing project timelines using ClickUp for transparency and accountability.

Additionally, monitor project pipelines, keep tasks organized, and provide clients with insightful campaign reports and recommendations based on analytics.

Position : Client Success Manager

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Working Hours : 9 am to 6 pm EST

Holidays : US Local Holidays

Salary : USD 1800 to USD 2500 per month

• Track and analyze campaign performance data; provide clients with clear, insightful reports and recommendations based on analytics
