About the Role
As HR Manager : Employee Relations & Employee Wellness, you’ll ensure policies, processes, and practices are in place to drive a healthy, compliant, and engaged workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role that spans labour relations, employment equity, reporting, and wellness programmes, with direct impact on employee wellbeing and organisational culture.

What You’ll Do
Manage employee relations, including grievances, hearings, and compliance with labour legislation.
Provide advice to executives and act as organisational representative in IR matters.
Oversee Employment Equity implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Lead employee wellness initiatives and awareness programmes across the business.
Compile monthly, quarterly, and board-level HR reports.
Manage HR budgets and departmental performance.
Lead and develop HR staff through performance planning, coaching, and reviews.
What You Bring
Postgraduate HR qualification or equivalent.
7–8 years’ HR experience, with at least 3 in supervisory management.
Strong knowledge of labour law, CCMA and High Court processes.
Experience in employee wellness, performance management, and HR systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Resilience, tact, and ability to perform under pressure.
Own transport and willingness to travel to satellite sites.
