Draft and post job descriptions in coordination with managers
Liaise with recruitment partners, track candidate submissions, and manage the recruitment pipeline.Save and organize CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications.Oversee contract generation, onboarding documentation, and system / email setup.Manage probation tracking and check-ins for all new hires.Ensure seamless new hire experience and cultural onboarding.HR Administration & ComplianceMaintain employee records via Airtable and cloud systems.
Ensure compliance with South African, European, and North American labor legislation.Track and manage leave, overtime, remote work, and related requests.Ensure compliance with policies and maintain internal documentation.Performance & EngagementCoordinate formal performance review cycles, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.
Support managers with feedback templates and documentation for ongoing performance management.Track feedback through quarterly pulse surveys and engagement tools.Monitor trends and flag potential people issues to leadership.Promote internal communications, staff events, and recognition programs.Training & DevelopmentIdentify staff development needs in collaboration with department heads.
Coordinate internal and external training initiatives.Maintain records of training completed and measure effectiveness.Payroll & HR SystemsCollaborate with finance and payroll providers to ensure timely salary payments.
Track employment changes, probation completions, and salary adjustments.Oversee updates to job titles, benefits, and internal systems like AirtableOperations & Administrative SupportProvide day-to-day support to the Operations Enablement Manager, including scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and track completion of action itemsUpdate trackers, dashboards, and documentation in ClickUp, Airtable, and Google Workspace.Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal updates.Act as a coordination point between HR and Operations, ensuring policies, onboarding, and culture initiatives are aligned.Qualifications :
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.Knowledge of labor law, payroll practices, and HR software across international contexts.Strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills.Strong process orientation with proven ability to work across systems and technology platforms (ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace, etc.).How to Apply :
