Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels (technical, administrative, and management roles)
- Develop and post job advertisements, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage shortlisting
- Coordinate skills assessments, background checks, and reference verifications
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for key technical positions
- Ensure all recruitment practices are aligned with company policies and labour legislation
Human Resources Generalist Duties
Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standardsHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes in collaboration with managementManage onboarding, induction, and exit processesMaintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel filesAssist with training coordination and performance management processesProvide guidance and support to management on HR best practices and labour legislationAssist with payroll input and attendance management as requiredContribute to employee engagement and retention initiativesRequirements :
Minimum 5 years experience in the motor industry in a recruiter / hr role (preferred and advantageous)Diploma in Human Resources Management (essential)Proven experience in recruitment across all levelsSolid understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and disciplinary proceduresStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesComputer literate (MS Office, HR systems, and online recruitment platforms)Key Competencies :
Professional and approachable mannerStrong interviewing and candidate assessment skillsAttention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProactive, results-driven, and able to work independentlyKnowledge of the automotive or gearbox industry will be highly advantageousAdvantages / Beneficial :
