About the Role :

Youll manage a portfolio of ±75 properties (growing to 100120), mainly in Durbanville, Brackenfell, Buhrein, and Bellville . Youll work closely with the director while handling admin, client relations, and property management.

Requirements :

• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Presentable, professional, and a fast thinker
• Excellent communication skills
• Own transport is essential
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends when needed
